So Kansas is coming-- I've said it too many times, but my, uh, "real job" has really been biting deep. When I'm not working I spend my free time in my ten-billion degree room staring at my monitor doing nothing but wishing for a quick death. Lately I feel like I've been coming home from ten or eleven-hour work days, five days a week, to an unkempt home just to work another six or so. No desire to go out, no motivation to excersize, and I dont even have the very strong female instinct to cook anymore. I still love my day job but it's frustrating to be one of the two people keeping the department up to standard while ducking around the new or otherwise shitty workers. Beh. Tomorrow I'll threaten my boss with dismemberment if he doesnt cut my hours. Again.

TL;DR PAXILON IS A TOOL BUT SHE'S GLAD SHE GOT THAT BITCHING OUT OF HER SYSTEM NOW ONTO BUSINESS WHEEE

SO HERE'S SOME COOL STUFF. I've heard rumors that Storyshift (and by extension, Kansas) is getting a comments section, which will be excellent for my inflated but still fragile ego. I hate to admit it but without the option for fan feedback I feel like I'm reading a shitty kids book into a black hole. Kind of like what I'm doing now. Sssshhh. Let me finish the story.

And even later, once I clear it with http://evil-dog.newgrounds.com/ , there may be the opportunity to milk some cash from you wonderful bastards by selling out and offering cameos of you or your characters in Kansas. Could happen. I'll keep you posted.

Also gonna be moving in with my...good god, is she my best friend...? Anyways, moving in with a friend in August, which is cool. We're big fat nerds and excersize freaks and chef masters and maybe she can teach me how to be a proper lady. And then, later and in private, she can teach me to be a woman. Giggity.

Thats... really, about it for now. Next news post will be an announcement that Kansas is in the breech, ready to be shot into your faces. It'll ALSO, much to his relief, contain a really goddamn amazing short story that my very good friendo http://panda.newgrounds.com/ has written that takes place in the Kansas universe. I'm gonna be doing some pretty pictures for it, which is why I haven't posted it yet.

He was the same guy who brought you that first little bit of Kansas...uh... "fanart"... a while back. He's also the clever bastard behind Ashfall: Hopeless, a written story on Storyshift. If you haven't checked it out and subbed, do it. I won't say much but you may be seeing much more of him in a later release. The man actually helped me around an epic writers block that had me hung up for the first two weeks of this month-long dry spell. He's awesome. Friend him now. Good night.

Lots of stuff always has to happen when it's unbearably hot out, doesn't it?

Only one more fan, and you're at 300!

I guess life in some way imitates molecules on a grand, annoying scale. The hotter it is, the more stuff has to move around...siiiigh.
I like to pretend a nice round number like 300 doesn't matter BUT RRRGH IT'S BEEN STUCK ON 299 FOR AGES GYAAAAAH

In the M*A*S*H series, every so often, they'd have to pick and pack up their tents and move apace down the road, so Chinese mortar fire doesn't shake dirt into the open wounds of their patients... when the command to "bug out" is given, it's "assholes to elbows" time. Good luck hon.

Aww, one of your fans got eaten by a grue! You're work lately's been awfully good!
