Unless you wanna hear all about working a fish counter during the holidays.... this year wasnt as interesting because we didnt have any live eels to sell! Which in the long run is a good thing, the poor little guys are threatened and I think theyre kinda cute...
Maybe i'll have more to tell after this month. I have another adventure planned involving gators and america and one of our mutual favorite voice actors and maybe some stolen nuclear devices. It'll be a fun ride, thats for sure. I'll keep you posted if you keep me posted!
Yeah I hear ya, pillar to post kinda living doesn't leave much time for adventures. Do eels really explode when exposed to salt? I used to think they were gross, guess I've mellowed... I had a LTR w/ a woman who used to work full time at a grocery store's fish counter. Smell never bothered me, but she'd eat the subs there, and stank of spicy lunchmeat lol. In retrospect, I should've taken her out to lunch/take out more often.
Hey that's swell, maybe you'll shoot some big guns this trip, maybe skin a gator or a rattler or two! Other than some heartbreak, haven't had many tales to tell, though you sure learn about the world by being out and about. I met this dude who painted store front windows for a living 200 an hour, full time and then some (gotta pay the ex-wife lol), happy, been doing it for 20 years, always busy! Of course he usually has to squeege the windows first, then paint off a palate and 3 roller pans, layering it all in.
